 Papenburg down the river Ems to the North Sea. Every time a new cruise
liner is ready built, this transfer is a great event in the area and
thousands watch it along the journey to the north sea

 That is just a cloud, looks amazing though. It’s called Thunderhead Cloud
 or a Cumulonimbus cloud, and the color which you can see in,
 is because of the sun rays falling through it. !!
